Our Principal lawyer, Brendan has worked in the legal arena for two decades. He has experience with top-tier, large, mid-range and boutique firms. Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, doing cross fit and supports the Carlton Football Club.
Rachmiel Travitz
Special Counsel
Rachmiel holds Law and International Studies (majoring in Arabic) degrees from Deakin University. He is currently completing an Arts Honours Thesis, in the discipline areas of Language and Middle East Studies. He can speak multiple languages including English, Hebrew, Arabic and Italian. He also enjoys calligraphy, reading and fishing.
James Hussey
Solicitor
James came to the law from a military career with the Army. He has extensive military court experience, which he now brings to his new career as a Family Law solicitor. James completed his law degree with Deakin University and his practical legal training with the College of Law. James enjoys spending time with his family, strategy gaming with friends and relaxing with a good book, and occasionally writing his own fiction as a hobby.

Roman joined the BRLG team in June 2023 and has experience in property, family, and estate planning matters.
Roman commenced his career in law following eight years of working in various industries, including pharmacy, retail and hospitality.
His background provides a humble and holistic approach to legal services.

Jessica holds a Bachelor Degree of Business (Executive Administration).With more than 8 years of success in a range of roles including payroll, accounts, administration, and customer service. She is driven by her passion for making a difference and faces challenges head-on. Jessica likes to stay active and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Daniel Varone
Bookkeeper
Daniel brings a broad range of experiences, from Financial Planning, through to Financial Counselling, and also Consultant Treasurer roles in Not-for-profit Organisations, guiding them through the process of property acquisition and ongoing maintenance.Daniel encourages communication, no question is too small, and understands that not everyone is as into numbers and he is. He also speaks jargon free.In his spare time Daniel enjoys playing bass, drums, guitar, golf and hiking.
